As the most ancient sports organizations   of the world,the Kırkpınar tops the list as a faithful   guardian of the traditional and cultural values of our city and country with its 7 century long history. Hıdrellez is another celebration day on which the Prophets Al-Khidr and Elijah met on earth according to belief of Turks.Also the arrival of spring is celebrated.Hıdrellez starts on May 5 night and falls on May 6.People pray on this day whatever   their wishes are. They make symbols with stone or draw their wishes.The other ritual of Hıdrellez is The Kakava Festivals   organized every year in Edirne start with Kakava fire sets on May 6. Lots of people
